TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Chapter 1. Validity
These conditions apply to all our products, orders and offers.
By accepting an offer or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.
We only deviate from these conditions in writing. If something is deviated from, the other points still apply.
Belgian law applies to our website and conditions.
Chapter 2. Changes, Information and Orders
We reserve the right to change our products, offers and rates at any time.
We provide information, images and announcements about offers and products as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that all offers and products are correct or error-free.
An order is created when the order is paid. You will then receive a confirmation email of your order from us.
Chapter 3. Delivery
We will send your order by post to the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address provided.
The order will be sent via Bpost within 3-5 business days at the latest.
If we have not shipped your order within 3-5 business days, you may cancel the order. You cannot cancel the order if you think the delivery is taking too long. We depend on the delivery of Bpost for this and we have no influence on that.
Chapter 4. Rates and Payments
All rates on our website are in euros and include VAT.
If you do not fully comply with a payment, we may cancel the order.
Chapter 5. Obligations
You are obliged to take a good look at the order when you receive it. You can let us know any comments about your order to info@faced.eu within ten days. Please state the order number, your name and your e-mail address and a description of the comment.
If you have not received the order or if the photos are damaged during shipping, we will resend your order.
Chapter 6. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by access or use of our website. We also do not guarantee that our website will function correctly and without errors.
We always try to keep the content of our website as current and complete as possible.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, validity, completeness or timeliness of the services, products and information offered on our website. We are not liable for this.
Chapter 7. Force Majeure
Force majeure is any error or shortcoming over which we have no influence or which are not legally attributable to us.
In the event of force majeure, we may cancel or suspend the order without judicial intervention. In such a case we will inform you by e-mail. You cannot claim compensation for that.
